Support One-Child Policy & Change in Religious Celebrations

#1 - Bharat needs to adopt one-child policy The recent report from UN has shown that Bharat will be the most populous nation on the earth very soon. It is urgent need that policy-makers do pay attention to this problem. Huge population will be putting burden on the system which is already short of resources such as food, water, house and clean air. #2 - Bharat needs to control religious celebrations that harm nature Policy-makers should appeal to all religions including Hindus, Muslims etc. for stopping their celebrations that damage natural resources. Muslims kill animals in masses on Eid where as Hindus burst crackers in Diwali and there are such celebrations in other religions too. Religious leaders need to be appealed and should help taking people from their respective communities in confidence to stop or minimize the effect of celebration over the nature. Ultimately, earth has limited resources for humankind and it is a high time that we all understand that and start making

Bharat's Taxation System and Delivery of Promises

Namaste! Bharat has seen number of leaders and politicians promising moons and stars to the public and once the election is over, the delivery of those promises are rarely seen. There is a huge importance put in for bhoomi-poojan, a traditional way of announcing the infrastructure work but less importance is given to the completion of work or the way it is completed. At times, bureaucracy goofs up and some times leaders. Goods and Service Tax (GST) has brought some change to the taxation system and hopefully, we will have more people participating in tax system but again unless, we see delivery of better quality of services delivery in public domain, people will try and

Weapons, Wars Versus Poverty

Namaste! It is high time that Bharat and its people decide to foot down and ask leaders to find out permanent solution for Kashmir and Naxalites. These two issues have been going on for almost seven decades and it is very unfortunate that both government and opposition have paid very little attention to it. Bharat has ranked 5th in the world by spending $55.9 bn in terms of expenditure on military [1]. Not that leaders are not trying but probably it is not enough given the serious problems such as poverty, population dying of hunger, poor infrastructure and public facilities - those could be addressed with the use of that kind of money and our coming generations need them. Bharat's 40.74 Crore (4074000)population is living below poverty line (BPL) as per 2017 which is more than 20% of the population of the country [2]. Not that countries sharing borders with Bharat are rich, they too are poor as well and people there do not have any great standard of living. Our leaders in Asi
